Tring Corporation has experience building ladder swaging presses for aluminum and fiberglass ladders. Some of these systems can also swag rungs into stages and planks. We have built systems for both round and "D" shaped rungs. These machines can process various length of rungs with simple width adjustments.

This process requires that the aluminum rungs be annealed. It is a two step operation, first the rung is upset. Then the rung is installed into the rail and the outside upset is applied. Machines can be built to attach rungs to attachment plate as will as directly to rails.
