Complete flat sheet rolling and packaging system packages virtually anything printed on  flat paper stock: including coated, uncoated or flocked paper in a wide variety of thicknesses. A rapid, labor-saving system often returning investment in less than one year.

Poster are bulk-loaded into a pile feed module. Paper stock automatically raises into feeding position. In rapid cycles posters are picked up, inserted into a roller and fed into a special winding mandrel.

Rolled poster is next indexed by the bagger into a dispensed, pre-opened plastic bag. Bagged poster then advances to the closure station where open bag end is automatically tucked closed.
