Manual Poster Roller
The new Rap-it Roller is an
economical manual poster roller that will rapidly roll
posters in widths from 12" to 24" and lengths up to 36"
in length. The loading table will hold a stack of
posters 3" high. It has adjustable legs for a convenient
working height range of 32" to 38". It requires a foot
print of only 55" x 48".
The operator slides a poster from
the stack through the unique guide and into the special
mandrel. The foot switch is pressed and the mandrel will
spin, winding the poster around the mandrel. When the
poster is wound, the foot switch is released. The wound
poster can be slid off the mandrel. The poster can then
be loaded into a mailing tube, plastic bag or any other
type of packaging.
With an experienced operators can
roll 8-10 posters per minute depending on how the poster is
being packaged.
This machine can be used to roll
maps, charts, calendars, sales flyers, advertisements
and promotions. This unit is great for customers that
need rapid rolling of posters but don't have enough
volume for our automatic machines. It eliminates issues
with carpal tunnel from hand rolling.
