This poster rolling machine rolls posters and packages virtually anything
printed on flat paper stock: including coated, uncoated or flocked paper in
a wide variety of thicknesses. A rapid, labor-saving system often returning
investment in less than one year. One automatic poster rolling machine can
produce more that three people hand rolling posters.
Posters are bulk-loaded into a stack feed module. Paper stock automatically
raises into feeding position. In rapid cycles posters are picked up,
inserted into a roller and fed into a special winding mandrel.
The rolled poster is next indexed by the bagger into a dispensed, pre-opened
plastic bag. The bagged poster then advances to the closure station where
the open
bag end is automatically tucked closed.
We have
the systems that roll posters and pack them in card board mailing tubes. We are also
developing a smaller semi-automatic machines for companies that don't have
the volume for fully automatic machines.
