 We perform a wide variety of metal fabrication services including laser cutting, turret punching,  shearing, CNC bending, CNC machining, welding, threading, metal finishing, assembly and packaging. With over 36 years of experience in metal fabrication, TRING Corporation works with a wide variety of metals, including hot and cold rolled steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, galvanized and galvannealed steels. 
 

Laser Cutting

Sparks are flying at TRING Corporation and they are coming from our Mazak 2000 watt Laser and LVD/Strippit 5000 watt 5' x 10' High Speed Laser. These machines allow us to offer our customers versatility, turn-around time and savings on tooling. You will never be asked to pay for tooling when we quote your parts on our lasers. Our CNC laser machines will turn out blueprint accurate parts with quicker setups because we don't have to set tools for each job. We no longer have to wait for tooling to come in or stop in the middle of a job because of a broken tool. 

Precision laser cut parts are virtually burr free with a tolerance of plus or minus .003 inch. This eliminates deburring time which transforms into direct savings for our customers. 

Punching

Slugs are flying from our 33 ton CNC Strippit Fabri-Center 1000 III Turret Press. When it comes to parts with a large quantity of holes it is hard to beat the productivity of a high speed turret press. 

Our large inventory of round, square and slot tooling makes it easy to produce your parts without delay. 

Welding

Welding sparks are flying in the welding department at TRING Corporation. From large frame weldments to small production parts we can do the job. We provide Mig, Tig, and spot welding of various materials such as mild steel, aluminum & stainless steel. 

 Sparks really fly at our OTC robot welding cell. Our large turn table combined with a long reach 6 axis robot can weld complex parts with precision and repeatability. It includes a 400 Amp OTC welder power supply with pause arc which reduces weld splatter. Weldments up to 500 pounds can be handled in the cell. Weld fixtures are built in house which  keeps cost down and delivery under control.

Forming

No matter how you shear it, TRING Corporation is your best bet when it comes to production and special fabrication. We perform precision brake and shear work using our  shear and CNC press brakes. We can form up to eight feet of one quarter inch steel with our 130 ton hydraulic 3 axis CNC Accurpress brake press. 

Manual & CNC Machining

In our custom machine shop, skilled machinists use both manual machines and CNC machines. We offer both CNC lathe chucking and bar feeder turning. Equipped with a Haas Vertical CNC mill with tool changer we can make short work of machined parts. Off line programming further reduces cost of machined parts. 

Secondary operations such as drilling, machining, tapping, Pemserts, stud welding, threading, Roclinizing, sand blasting, vibratory deburring, metal finishing, grinding and packaging make us your one stop shop. 

Plating, Heat Treating & WaterJet cutting

We have well qualified local companies that provide our plating, heat treating  and waterjet services.
 

Metal Finishing

In our metal finishing department, parts are deburred, cleaned and finished. Our five-stage iron phosphate cleaning system cleans and pre-treats parts before they are either wet painted or powder coated. Many different finishes can be provided including gloss, flat, or texture.

CMM Inspection Machine

TRING Corporation is committed to supplying quality parts to our customers and therefore we have purchased a Brown and Sharpe CMM machine with the latest computer software. This new tool speeds our inspection time while allowing our Quality Department to inspect parts to two ten thousands of an inch.

We are committed to continual improvement that means that we are constantly examining our procedures for ways providing better service to our customers.
